Nest Program


 

The Nest program is an incentive based parent education program for income-eligible families.   Nest is available for pregnant women, post-partum mothers, and their children up to 5 years of age.  Participants earn incentive points for healthy behaviors such as keeping doctor appointments and attending parent and preventative educational classes. The points are then redeemed for incentive items such as diapers and wipes.

Once in the program, participants can continue to earn points to be redeemed by maintaining good healthy habits and participating in approved educational programs.

Participants must be pregnant or with a child under 5 years of age and have household incomes at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (see below).
