WIC Clinics
The WIC main office and clinic are located in Waterloo at 1535 Lafayette Street. However, in order to provide adequate services throughout the six-county region, WIC has clinics in various locations. Please call to schedule an appointment at any of these WIC locations. Walk-ins will be seen by a WIC Support Specialist; however, it may be necessary to schedule an appointment later in the day to complete the appointment. To make an appointment call (319) 291-2065.
Benton County
Christ Methodist Church, 708 15th St, Belle Plaine. First Wednesday of each month 9:15am – 4:30 pm.
Wesley United Methodist Church, 516 2nd Avenue, Vinton. Second Wednesday of each month 9:00am – 4:45pm.
Black Hawk County
Operation Threshold, 1535 Lafayette St., Waterloo. Monday through Thursday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am – 12:00pm.
Allen Women’s Health, 233 Vold Drive, Waterloo. Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:15 am – 5:15 pm.
Nazareth Lutheran Church, 7401 University Avenue, Cedar Falls. Second Tuesday of each month, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Kimball Ridge Center, 2055 Kimball Avenue, Suite 350, Waterloo. First, Second and Third Thursdays of each month 8:15 am – 5:15 pm.
Bremer County
Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2001 W Bremer Avenue, Waverly. Third Tuesday of each month, 8:45 am – 5:00 pm.
Buchanan County
Operation Threshold/REC, 1827 1st St West, Independence. Second Monday and Fourth Tuesday of each month, 8:45 am – 4:30 pm.
Chickasaw County
Community Service Building, 260 East Prospect, New Hampton. Third Wednesday of each month, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Grundy County
Operation Threshold, 1606 G Avenue, Grundy Center. First Tuesday of each month. 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.
